==== 12.3.1.4 Feasibility Assessment ==== <div id="h3-4-siblings" class="h3-siblings"></div> Following the framework presented in [[IPCC:Wg3:Chapter:Chapter-6#6.4|Section 6.4]] and Annex II, Part IV, Section 11, a multi-dimensional feasibility assessment of the CDR methods covered here is provided in Figure 12.4, taking into account the assessment presented in this section. Both DACCS and EW perform positively on the geophysical and technological dimensions while for ocean-based approaches performance is mixed. There is limited evidence to assess social-cultural, environmental/ecological, and institutional dimensions as the literature is still nascent for DACCS and EW, while these aspects are positive for blue carbon and mixed or negative for ocean fertilisation.
